Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. water, 1 c. spanish peanuts and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In heavy saucepan add sugar, syrup and water.
Cook slowly to soft ball stage (275°).
Then add peanuts and salt.
Cook to hard crack stage (300°).
Remove from heat and add margarine and baking soda.
Beat well and pour onto a well-buttered cookie sheet. Break into pieces.
