Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1 c. white syrup, 1 pkg. (12 to 16 oz.) raw peanuts, 2 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Use a large, heavy saucepan.
Melt sugar and syrup over low heat.
Add raw peanuts.
Cook slowly; stir almost constantly until peanuts are golden.
Remove from heat and add soda and salt.
Stir only until soda is stirred through.
Pour onto greased cookie sheets.
(Don't touch after you pour it on the cookie sheets!) When candy is brittle, break up into chunks.
