Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 stick oleo and 2 c. raw peanuts or pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat until syrup turns caramel color (approximately 10 minutes).
Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 teaspoons soda.
Stir well and pour onto well buttered tinfoil and spread with back of spoon.
Let cool and break into pieces.
