Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. white karo syrup, 2/3 c. water, 2 c. raw peanuts and 1/2 tsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Cook until when dropped in a cup of cold water it will crack or pop.
Then add raw peanuts and cook until peanuts look roasted and golden brown.
Add butter, vanilla and soda.
Stir down until it quits foaming.
Pour out on buttered pan.
