Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. butter and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook Karo, sugar and water together to hard crack stage.
Add butter, salt and Spanish peanuts; cook until golden brown. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
Stir and pour out on buttered tile.
Must be tile as it has to cool rapidly. Spread until very thin.
