Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw peanuts, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. soda and 1/2 c. white karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, in saucepan.

Cook, stirring constantly, at a boil for 5 minutes.

Add peanuts and continue cooking to 10 minutes, stirring until peanuts are turning golden brown.

Remove from heat and add soda.

Pour at once on greased cookie sheet.

When cool, remove from pan and break into pieces.

Can substitute pecans instead of peanuts.
