Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 3/4 c. karo syrup, 1 tbsp. butter and 2 c. peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 4 ingredients;
Bring to a boil. Add peanuts. Cook over high
Stirring constantly, until light golden brown. Remove from heat;
Stir in soda and pour into pans.
I use 3 pie tins, sprayed with Pam.
