Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. corn syrup, 2 c. raw spanish peanuts and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring to boil; boil until liquid spins a thread.
Add 2 cups raw Spanish peanuts and boil until it turns a golden brown. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Stir quickly and carefully as liquid will splatter.
Quickly add 2 teaspoons baking soda and spread on buttered cookie sheet.
