Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. white karo and 1 pt. raw shelled peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes or until peanuts pop.
As soon as peanuts start popping, add 2 teaspoons soda and stir well.
Pour immediately in well buttered pan. (Don't pat or level out.)
