Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 2 c. raw peanuts, 1 tsp. soda and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Using a thick pan to cook in, mix syrup, salt and sugar.
Cook on high heat until forms a ball by dropping a little in a cup of cold water.
Add peanuts and stir constantly.
When peanuts start popping and turning tan, take off heat and stir in soda.
Pour into two buttered glass plates.
