Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 2 c. raw peanuts and 3/4 tbsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Premeasure baking soda.
Cook syrup, sugar and peanuts to hard crack stage or until peanuts turn from white to light brown in color.
Remove from heat and add baking soda immediately. Stir briskly and quickly pour into buttered cookie sheet lengthwise. Do not smooth or spread.
Cool and then break into pieces.
