Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo, 2 c. raw spanish peanuts and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Using 3-quart pan, cook together first three ingredients until it spins a thread.
Add peanuts and cook until golden brown. Remove from stove and add butter, vanilla and soda.
Beat real fast and pour into very large buttered surface.
