Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cups sugar, 1 cup white karo syrup, 1 cup water, 3 cups raw peanuts and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, syrup and water.
Cook to soft-ball stage (238 degrees).
Add peanuts and salt and cook to hard-crack stage (288 degrees); stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter.
Add soda; stir vigorously until foamy.
Pour at once into greased pan.
