Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1 oz. butter and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In heavy pan, mix sugar, syrup and water.
Cook to 250°.
Add nuts.
Cook and stir to 310°.
Add butter, salt and soda, stirring constantly.
Have ready spray Pam on clean counter top and rub butter over top of Pam.
Pour candy on top of counter.
Butter hands.
Pull and stretch candy until thickness desired.
