👨‍🍳 Instructions

Butter a cookie sheet.

Mix syrup, sugar and water.

Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Add nuts and bring to a boil and cook to the hard crack stage (300`° to 310°).

Remove from heat.

Stir in soda quickly.

Pour immediately onto buttered cookie sheet and spread.

Let cool and break into small pieces.
