Peanut Brittle

Combine sugar, Karo and water; bring to a rolling boil.
Stir in peanuts gradually so as not to lose boil.
Cook until peanuts pop and turn light brown; remove from heat.
Add soda and salt; stir well.
Pour onto a large well-greased cookie sheet.
When cool, break into pieces.
