Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. white karo, 3/4 c. water, 2 c. raw peanuts and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil sugar, water and Karo with lid on pan 2 minutes.
Then uncover and cook, without stirring, until hard boil stage or spins thread.
Add raw peanuts and margarine.
Stir until peanuts are roasted, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda.
Beat quickly, stirring in soda thoroughly.
Spread on buttered tin.
When cooled, break into pieces.
