Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1 tbsp. paraffin and 1/4 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except soda, in a 4-quart saucepan. Place on medium heat.
Bring to a boil and cook 15 to 20 minutes (or until it turns caramel colored), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add soda, mixing well.
Pour onto 2 buttered cookie sheets.
When cool, break into desired size pieces.
