Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. white karo syrup and 2 c. raw spanish peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil sugar, syrup and water to 235°.
Add peanuts and butter; bring to 315°, stirring constantly.
When temperature reaches 315° remove from heat and add baking soda.
Candy will fluff up fast. Mix quickly and spread thinly on a greased cookie sheet.
Makes approximately 3 pounds.
