Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cups sugar, 1 cup white karo syrup, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp butter and 2 cups peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Measure vanilla and soda, but do not mix.
Set aside.
Cook sugar, Karo, and water over low heat until mixture reaches hard ball stage.
Add butter and peanuts.
Cook until golden brown. (Watch carefully.
Burns easily at this point.)
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda all at once and stir quickly.
Turn into well buttered cookie sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.
Store in airtight container.
