👨🍳 Instructions
Combine sugar, syrup and water in a heavy pan; cook slowly. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Cook to 235°.
Stir in peanuts and salt.
Cook to 300°, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and soda.
Pour onto well-greased platters.
Shake to spread mixture.
Cool and break.
