Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup (karo), 2 1/2 to 3 tbsp. water and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook peanuts, sugar, Karo syrup and water in heavy pan until peanuts turn light brown (about 15 minutes).
Take off burner. Stir in soda, salt and butter.
Pour on greased cookie sheet. Spread as thin as possible and cool.
