Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. white syrup and 2 c. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place first 4 ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add raw peanuts.
Cook, stirring constantly, while continuing to boil.
Cook until peanuts are brown and stop popping.
Add coconut and soda.
Stir and quickly pour onto well-buttered biscuit pan. Cool and break up.
Store in airtight container.
