Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. oleo, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1 c. karo and 3 c. peanuts (dry and raw), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar, Karo and water together.
Bring to a hard boil (240°).
Add peanuts, oleo and salt.
Cook until peanuts start bursting or 300°.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda. Stir fast and empty into 8 or 9 buttered pans.
I use aluminum pie pans.
