Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1 tbsp. baking soda, 3 c. raw peanuts and 1 c. white karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Butter large piece of foil first and spread on counter top. Mix sugar, syrup and margarine.
Melt together, then add peanuts and cook until color changes to pink.
Take off stove and add soda. Stir quickly.
Will foam immediately, then pour on foil.
