Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. real hot water, 3 c. shelled raw peanuts and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

All ingredients, except peanuts and baking soda on stove and brittle when dropped by spoon in cold water.
3 cups of shelled peanuts in and cook, stirring all the time.
When syrup bubbles are turning brown take off stove and add baking soda.
Stir real good and pour on big buttered formica table top.
Pull from the edges as it cools. Keep pulling and breaking off in pieces. Keep doing this until all is pulled up.
This will keep a long time packed in Tupperware.
