Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 3 c. or more small spanish peanuts (raw) and 1 c. karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil sugar, Karo syrup and water together until it spins a thread (232° on candy thermometer).
Add peanuts; stir continuously.
Cook until it turns brownish gold (300°).
Take off heat; add butter, salt and soda.
Stir well.
Pour onto greased pans or plates to cool.
When cool, crack and store in airtight containers.
