Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo, 1 c. water, 2 c. fresh peanuts and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sugar, Karo and water together until it forms a hard ball in water.
Add peanuts and boil until the syrup changes to a light caramel.
Add butter and soda.
Remove from heat and beat very hard for two or three minutes.
Turn out on buttered dish and as it cools, pull from the edges into sheets of almost paper thinness.
