Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 3 tsp. butter, 2 tsp. soda and 1 c. karo white syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil sugar, Karo and water until thread spins, then add raw peanuts and stir continuously after peanuts are added.
Cook until it turns a brownish gold.
Take from burner; add butter, salt and soda.
Mixture will boil up in pan quickly.
Pour onto buttered board to cool.
When cool, break into pieces.
