Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 3 tsp. margarine, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. white karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil sugar, Karo and water until thread spins.
Then add peanuts and stir continuously after peanuts are added.
Cook until it turns a brownish gold.
Take from fire; add butter, salt and soda.
Pour into buttered pan or on buttered board to cool.
Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
