Stir first 4 ingredients together in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

Microwave at High speed for 4 minutes.

Stir and cook 4 minutes more.

Add margarine and vanilla to first ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute.

Add soda and gently stir until light and foamy.

Pour onto sheet of aluminum foil.

Let cool 1 hour.

When cool, break into pieces.
