Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. raw peanuts, 1 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir first 4 ingredients together in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Microwave at High speed for 4 minutes.
Stir and cook 4 minutes more.
Add margarine and vanilla to first ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute.
Add soda and gently stir until light and foamy.
Pour onto sheet of aluminum foil.
Let cool 1 hour.
When cool, break into pieces.
