Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. butter and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil sugar, Karo and water until mixture spins a thread when dripped from spoon.
Add peanuts.
Cook slowly until syrup turns light tan.
Remove from heat and stir in soda and butter. (Mixture will foam.)
Spread on two buttered cookie sheets.
Pull from edges as it cools for thinner brittle.
