Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. light karo, 1/4 c. butter and 12 oz. spanish peanuts with skins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil sugar, water and corn syrup (Karo) until threads.
Add butter and peanuts.
Cook slowly to 300Β°.
Add vanilla and baking soda.
(Stir quickly because it foams up.) Spread onto 2 greased cookie sheets.
When cool, break into smaller pieces.
Makes 3 pounds.
