Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 3 tsp. soda, 1 c. karo syrup and 3 c. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, syrup and water together and cook until mixture threads.
Add peanuts and stir continuously, cooking until syrup mixture turns light brown in color and peanuts are done.
Remove from fire; add soda, salt and butter.
Stir until thoroughly mixed and pour onto buttered table top as thin as possible.
Stretch. Break up and bag.
