Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 2 to 3 c. raw peanuts and 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.
Bring to a boil and cook until mixture spins a thread on a wooden spoon (about 5 minutes). Add raw peanuts and boil for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat or until golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, salt and soda. Mix quickly and pour into two buttered cookie sheets and spread thin.
Cool and break into pieces.
Store in airtight containers.
