Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 3 c. raw peanuts and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, Karo syrup and water in a heavy saucepan and boil to 250°.
Add raw peanuts and butter and continue boiling to 300°.
Remove from heat and add 2 teaspoons soda.
Stir vigorously and spread thinly on 2 well-greased cookie sheets. When cool, break candy into pieces and store in pan in an airtight container.
