Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. karo syrup (white), 2 c. raw peanuts and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Bring to a boil the sugar, water, Karo syrup and butter, then add salt, peanuts and continue to boil to 290Β°.
Remove from heat, sift in soda and vanilla and stir well.
Pour thin onto buttered cookie sheet.
When cold, break into pieces.
Put into tight container for keeping.
