Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts and 1 tbsp. butter flavor crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease a 15 1/2 x 12-inch baking sheet; set aside.
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, salt and peanuts. Cook and stir over medium-low heat to 240° on candy thermometer. Add butter flavor Crisco and vanilla.
Continue to cook and stir until 300°.
Stir in baking soda.
Immediately pour onto prepared baking sheet; spread quickly into even layer, about 1/4-inch thick.
Cool completely.
Break into pieces.
