Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 3 tsp. soda, 3 tsp. butter and 1 c. white karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar and water.
Cook until thick, approximately 45 minutes.
Add peanuts and stir continuously until syrup turns light brown and peanuts are done (1 hour).
Remove from heat and add salt, soda and butter.
Stir until mixed well.
Pour into a buttered cookie sheet.
Spread as thin as possible.
