Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Using large kettle, boil first four ingredients until thread stage (238°).
Add butter and peanuts.
Stir; cook until golden brown (300°).
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Mixture will bubble up.
Mix well.
Pour into a well-greased cookie sheet. When cool, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
