Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white corn syrup, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 c. raw peanuts and 1 1/2 tbsp. oleo or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨🍳 Instructions
Put corn syrup, sugar and water in a heavy pan and cook slowly to 230°.
Then add peanuts.
Stir and cook to 301°, take off heat and stir in oleo or butter, vanilla and soda.
Stir well and then put in greased pan.
(I use cookie sheet pan.)
