Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. butter and 2 c. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stir sugar, syrup and water until mixed.
Boil to 250°, then add butter and peanuts.
Cook and stir almost constantly to 290° to 300°.
Remove from stove; work and pull until hard.
