Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. raw peanuts, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. white syrup and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil, then add 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of white syrup.
Stir until dissolved and boil until it will spin a thread.
Now add 2 cups of raw peanuts and cook slowly over a low fire until it turns a golden brown.
Take from fire and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Stir quickly.
Spread on two large, well buttered cookie sheets.
Place in cold area.
