Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 tsp. salt and 12 oz. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook sugar, syrup, salt and water to soft ball stage.
Add peanuts.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes until well mixed. Remove from heat. Add baking soda and beat quickly with spoon.
Pour onto greased jelly roll pan.
Spread.
Cool and break.
