Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. chopped peanuts, 1/4 tsp. salt and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put sugar into heavy iron skillet and heat slowly, stirring constantly, just until sugar is melted and turns a light brown (300Β° plus).
Butter baking pan or cookie sheet.
Spread peanuts over surface, sprinkle with salt, then warm tin slightly.
Pour melted sugar over peanuts.
When cool, break into pieces and store in tightly covered container.
