Peachy Rice
Peachy Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. cream, 1 can peaches and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil rice in salt water until soft.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Beat well eggs in a bowl.
Add cream, milk and sugar. Beat until well blended.
Add rice and mix.
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan and pour mixture into pan.
Drain peaches well.
Lay on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
