Heat oven to 425Β°. Peel peaches and slice into large bowl. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Stir in Bisquick and nutmeg.
Turn mixture into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
