Peaches Delight
Peaches Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can raggedy ann peaches, cut in small pieces, 1 small can frozen orange juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. dry sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain peaches; add sherry, partially thawed orange juice and sugar.
Stir until dissolved.
Freeze in tray.
After freezing, it can be put in a plastic container; keeps well.
One quarter cup of Triple Sec or Cointreau can be added.
