Peaches and Cream Dessert
Peaches And Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. plain flour, 1 small vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 beaten egg and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
Combine egg, milk and margarine.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix well. Spread in greased 8-inch baking pan.
Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.
Chop peaches; sprinkle on top of batter.
Beat together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach liquid.
Pour on top of peaches in pan.
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator.
