Peach Upside-Down Cake
Peach Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 duncan hines white or yellow cake mix or any plain cake mix, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. white sugar, 1/2 stick margarine or butter and 1 pt. frozen or sliced, fresh peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cake mix according to directions.
Add almond flavoring. Mix sugars together.
Spray tube pan with Pam or grease and flour. Put sugars evenly in bottom of pan.
Place peach slices on top of sugar.
Cut margarine in pieces and put on top of sugar.
Pour batter over all and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes, according to oven.
Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean when stuck in batter.
